My goal is to spread awareness about mental health and how important it is to take care of your body but, also your brain. I will be sharing tips on how I have worked through my depression and anxiety. I want to help others like myself get to know that it is ok to be sad or anxious. You may think you are different from others but, these differences make you who you are. A unique human being that needs to work harder to make it through everyday. This makes you stronger.
